If you are looking for something to do this summer, grab your friends, your family, your pets or take a journey alone. Pack your bags, grab some snacks, roll your windows down and Road Trip Through Beautiful Wisconsin!

The beauty can start right here in Janesville, Wisconsin’s Park Place. Did you know Janesville has over 60 parks throughout the city? A few parks that should definitely be on your list to visit are:

• Palmer Park – 2501 Palmer Dr.
• Traxler Park – 600 N Main St.
• Rockport Park / Peace Park – 2801 Rockport Rd.
• Riverside Park – 2200 Parkside Dr.

Before leaving Janesville and traveling the rest of the state don’t forget to stop at Rotary Botanical Gardens and take in the 20-acre, 24 garden showcase featuring 4,000 varieties of plants.

Once on the road you will find so many wonderful places to visit: Madison, Baraboo, Door County, Wisconsin Dells. The list keeps going.
